Zahab’s transnational litigation experience spans over nearly two decades with more than 500 noteworthy and reported cases to his credit.

He has also extensively challenged the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care in respect of Covid-19 related cases, in particular on the issue of managed quarantine. He is also considered a champion at Judicial Review claims.

His recent involvement in a multi-million pound housing association dispute, regular engagement in urgent cases for injunctive relief, proficiency in cost claims, oversees contentious litigation for dual national clients and routine handling of property as well as commercial cases reflect the diversity of his practice and client confidence.
